- Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
- No returns or exchange are allowed.
- We do not accept return/exchange of products unless it is damaged during transit. If there was any damage or defect it has to be informed on the same day (1 Business Day) of receiving the order with a video of opening the parcel. And if we find its a genuine damage from our end we shall proceed for Refund / Credit voucher in 7-14 Business Days.
- All shipments are packed after quality check, in case of damage, the customer has to courier back the shipment on their own expense or you can contact customer support for booking a return shipping.
- Customised orders cannot be cancelled, the amount cannot be refunded or exchanged with another product.
